A light weight kiritsuke-tip, integral forged, slicer with a very thin profile. It has a top tang build with some beautifully patterned olive wood and peened brass pins.
I am very pleased with how it turned out! Dimensions are: 14.5cm blade, 27.5cm overal, 4.5cm heel and 2mm thick spine.
