Nakiri style vegetable cleaver with an 180mm blade and a 60mm heel height. A custom I did on request of a friend, who’s been putting it to good use ever since. Made from 90MnCrV8 carbon steel with a white bolster, a walnut handle and a very keen cutting profile.
